Your access to and use of: youngnat.com and all Young Nat labeled products, services and content; is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to: all visitors, users, patrons, and others (hereinafter “you); who access or use this website or any Young Nat product or service.

By accessing or using or any Young Nat product, service or content; you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or any other Young Nat product or content.

Fulfillment Policy

Every product or service purchased will come with a confirmation e-mail with further details. Please see each product page for the fulfillment policy timeframe for your time zone.

Return Policy

As each piece is printed to order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or defective I will replace it within 30 business days of purchase. Please let me know by contacting me at xoxo@youngnat.com. No refunds will be given for services already offered. Due to the nature of the digital product, no returns on courses or memberships are offered.

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to your services contract to get specific details for your cancellation policy.

Member Account, Password and Security

If you register on the website, you will be required to choose a password and user name, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account, such as your e-mail address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Young Nat of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another Member’s account without prior authorization from Young Nat. Young Nat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.

Proprietary Rights

All materials on the website, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, artwork, software and other elements (collectively, “Material”) are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Young Nat. You acknowledge and agree that all Materials on the website are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided herein or elsewhere on this website, no Material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or entity, without Young Nat’s prior express written permission. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the Material. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any Material, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to utilize the website or any part of the Material for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to any and Young Nat products or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our website, products, or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services and ordering our products.
