It all starts now.

A red illustration of a cherub holding a bow and arrow, with detailed wings and curly hair, on a black background.

My personal transformation began when I unexpectedly met my husband while working at a bar in downtown Nashville—an encounter that became the catalyst for trauma recovery and a radical reformation. He didn't just open my heart; he guided me back to my intuition, teaching me how to trust my gut and listen for truth. I was able to maintain our relationship through my intense, devotional Kundalini Yoga practice, which served as the powerful vehicle for deep self-discovery and purpose. Now, three years in, we walk together as world-class teachers, and have built a healthy relationship and career that are intertwined and supportive to each other.

Young at Heart is a true love and romance newsletter at its essence. I share the precise and elevated strategies that I used to overcome major life challenges in health and society, helping you curate your own extraordinary, couture-level love story.

Meet Natalie Rose

Natalie Young is a visionary whose aesthetic is shaped by the refined ease of her California roots and the soulful, entrepreneurial spirit of Nashville, Tennessee. Before founding Young at Heart, Natalie spent a decade as an architect of ambiance, masterfully orchestrating global PR and tradeshow events for top Fortune 500 companies, house hold brands and wellness retreats.

Natalie’s life always had a deep geopolitical foundation and was informed by empathy because of her early community initiative projects in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. Beneath the high-wattage exterior, she maintains a rigorous inner world, holding 450 hours of accredited teacher training in Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda.

This commitment to holistic wellness led her to launch A Honey Dews Flowers in 2023 with her husband, merging sacred ceremony with her event design expertise. Ultimately, Natalie’s greatest ambition—her lifelong passion as a writer—is realized through this newsletter, where she shares her codified strategies for finding self-trust, navigating societal challenges, and curating an extraordinary, love-centric life.
